COD Order 

For all COD orders, customers will receive a confirmation call from CubeClub.

Once confirmed, your order will be shipped.

For orders over Rs 5000/- CubeClub takes Rs 500/- Security Deposit
For orders over Rs 15000/- CubeClub takes Rs 1000/- Security Deposit

The security deposit is not refundable incase of refusal/cancellation of an order once shipped.

7 Days Returnable

You can return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
But shipping charges need to be incurred by the customer.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

Over 7 Days Returnable

In case the product has passed the 7 day period there is a No Refund and No Replacement from the date of delivery.
You may however reach out to our team for any assistance.

Replacement

This item is eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery in an unlikely event of damaged, missing or different item delivered to you.
Basis the policy - Request you to take the video and pictures while opening the packaged and send it to support@thecubeclub.com

IMPORTANT
If the package is already open and a video is shot post that, we wont be able to consider the same.


New Product Replacement

Incase the customer has opted for another product within 7 days. There will be shipping charges incurred.
Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

 

REFUNDS PROCESS

Once the return is received and the condition verified by our team, your refund will be approved. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

ISSUES WITH REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet -

Step 1: Please check your bank account again.
Step 2: Contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially made.
