RETURNS
We have a 7 day return policy to initiate a return process.
Unfortunately, it would be difficult to process an exchange or a refund beyond this stipulated time period of purchase.
Eligibility criteria for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- The item must also be in the original packaging
Note: Some goods are exempt from being returned.
If you are receiving a damaged product from the courier partner, you need to raise a concern WITHIN 48 HOURS of DELIVERY for us to be able to raise it with the delivery partner.
Rest assured, our team is always available and will get in touch to help you out with the return related queries and with the product related information, if necessary.
To complete your return, please email us at support@thecubeclub.com with a proof of purchase so that we can help you with it.
REFUNDS
Once the return is received and the condition verified by our team, your refund will be approved. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
ISSUES WITH REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet -
Step 1: Please check your bank account again.
Step 2: Contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially made.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thecubeclub.com and generate a return request.
