Frequently Asked Questions

The only way to figure out your Pull Up bar size is to decide what place or places would you like to put it on. Measure the size of the place using a scale or a measuring tape.
1. If the size is anywhere between 70 - 90 Cms, purchase the (69-92cms) Version
2. If the size is anywhere between 90 - 113 Cms, purchase the (90-115cms) Version

We have provided a bubble meter, already installed on the pull up bar.
After putting the pull up bar up, adjust the bar so that the bubble in the bubble meter is aligned exactly in the middle of the two lines provided. Then go ahead and tighten the pull up bar in place.

Rotate the heads of the bar from each side till you have the desired size. Make sure to rotate equally from both sides so that the grips are aligned right in the middle.

Our adjustable pull-up bar is created on the principle of friction. The idea is to tighten the wall mounted pull up bar into the wall upto it's maxmium limit and lock the mechanism.
From there, are carefully engineered end material and extra-friction pattern makes sure that the bar has enough frictional force to keep it in place with a recommended weight of 100kgs maximum.
