Good solid bench

Love the sturdiness of this bench. This is a well made piece of equipment. Nothing flimsy about it. Love that you can store stuff in it like bands and small weights. Folds up easily and stashes under my dresser.

Super versatile and sturdy

Love this thing! I do full body workouts on it. It takes minimal space but there's much you can do with it. It's very sturdy, yet light enough to move around. No assembly required and it's very easy to switch to different setups.

Sturdy and compact

This bench is perfect for a home gym. It is a hard surface and I use a doubled up folded towel to soften it up a bit but it works for all bench work. As with any bench you have to figure out your length and determine where you need to sit. Very sturdy, easy assembly and I would highly recommend it as a great value with quality build.

Two in one bench/step, perfect for what I needed!

It was exactly what I was looking for…I needed a bench and a step for my small home gym and didn’t want to have to get two separate things. This was perfect! While it isn’t as tall as a regular bench and not as comfortable to lay on, it still works perfect for what I need it for. I just place my yoga mat on it during certain moves when I need more padding.
